It's great to see how friendly and 'chatty' the Princess Royal is with everyone around her - the pilots, air crew, staff, and drivers, ensuring she leaves no one out. There are NO airs or graces with Princess Anne - unlike others of the RF who spring to mind. She's probably THE most 'grounded' one of them all. A wonderful lady.
