I have been following a few conversations online about whether Apple products use a true squircle. I have a new Apple TV at hand, so thought I'd investigate and as far as I can tell, the Apple TV is a rectangle with rounded corners.
This video covers the exercise of modelling the main exterior form, using a degree 7 bezier curve to create the main corner. The underside of the product has some interesting forms, including a very shallow dish that creates the foot for the product.
