What mods on the f80?

Thank you mate, no F80 isn’t mapped, fully standard engine wise but chassis is modified ! I was on my own in the F80 and they were 2 people in the G80 however. I had a lap as a passenger in the G80 later and it is definitely a bit easier to drive due to a better traction and the stiffer chassis. Really liked it although it didn’t feel as « raw » as the f80!

@@iPod2024 very interesting, nothing in it in at all in a straight line. G80s extra power cancelled out by the extra weight. Yeah definitely can tell that from the video👍🏻 Need to get myself on a trackday. Who do you insure with?

@@one40i19 At the moment I use a separate insurance for track days : Moris. When buying days in bulk (3 or more) it’s pretty reasonable. I heard goods things about a-plan though as road/track insurance so I might give it a try when renewal comes !

Hi mate thank you ! No I haven’t done the crank hub nor the capture plate even though car is out of warranty. I plan on keeping the standard map which is why I’m not too bothered !

Hi, yes it is. It’s the M Performance LED steering wheel !

It does and that’s with 2 people in the G80 so it would be even bigger of a difference if there was only the driver !

Hi, no I never did but you can’t hear it much because the rear seats are down and the exhaust is quite loud !

It’s the tyre pressure sensor warning ! Happens as soon as you take the tyre pressures down before the first session ! Then even when tyre is hot and back to normal temps, the warning stays !
