Thanks for video...getting error messages installing this om Blender 4.t. The git release notes states it is compatible with 4.1....strange.

Just download and install the ZIP, like with any other add-on for Blender.

It's an amazing add on, but I have a problem with HDRIs thumbnails which arent showing up, any ideas on why? Im on win 11

Did you click on "generate thumbnails"?

@@BlenderSecrets Yup I did thank you, but I had to update the driver in windows 11, for some reason it did the trick

How much I wish this would be a thing for eevee, too! ;_; Us eevee users always get left behind, in blender.

All of Gaffer's features work for eevee too :) it just doesn't (yet?) emit light from an hdri quite as well as a full path traced engine like cycles

I wonder if A.I. can create customed HDRIs. I guess so. I must check.

I am doubtful it would know to create the high dynamic range necessary in an HDRI. Or if it is even capable of spitting out images in the necessary file formats (EXR, HDR)

With hundreds of free HDRI's that are carefully made by the Polyhaven crew, I don't really see why you would want to make "AI HDRI's"?

@@BlenderSecrets That's sure. However I think they will soon show up because to me all the A.I. models, even LLM images, look like using the same lighting system.
