This is how Galactus should've always been written! This is what Stan Lee and Jack Kirby meant for him at his creation, the equal and balance of Eternity and Death, the source of the Power Cosmic, the most awesome living entity and as Uatu the Watcher named him"the final danger"! Writers have been jobbing Galactus for years, making characters he can kill by spitting on able to defeat him, turning Galactus into some run of the mill loud mouth villain that can't even back up half of what he was saying...But no longer! The wait is over and the real Galactus is back!

Finally...just the kind of Galactus goes mad, absorbing everything story I’ve been waiting for (in the kind of art I like), although...I wished it were drawn out longer, involving Galactus fighting other cosmic entities.

This was a battle of WILLS if not EGOS more then anything else. Galactus,dormammu,satannish,mephisto and finally strange ALL trying to FORCE their vision of what the universe should be on everyone else!

To anyone that is wondering how this great story ended. they pulled a spiderman. Strange made a deal with Mephisto and went back in time to prevent any of this from happening in the first place, in exchange for Clea's love. Stupid ending to a great story.

By the way, am I the only one who thinks that this "boosted" Galactus should be how he always is when he's not depleted and weak from hunger? He's been jobbed so many times in the past, but Galactus should regularly have showings like this. Instead, what we get are stories where it looks like his heralds and some skyfathers are far more powerful than him. Supposedly, Sentry has fought some version of Galactus to a stand still, while King Hyperion has killed several versions of Galactus across multiple alternate realities. Such nonsense! Galactus even at a third of his power should be someone that absolutely no one outside of a cosmic abstract should dare mess with and expect to live. No more than a particle of light would want to mess with a super-massive Black Hole.

Galactus will always be the prime OG of Marvel Comics. But they finally show a comment where you really see his power. To me the the only person that's f****** with Galactus will be the Spectre from DC Comics.

The way I understood this is Galactus has 2 containers that he relies on: one is in relation to Universal Rebirth and the other is related to the Power Cosmic which is basically feeds into Universal Rebirth. Universal Rebirth uses all the power Galactus has saved up at the end of the Universe to make it reborn. Power Cosmic is basically Galactus's fuel for activity, when he fights he uses it up so it's a race against time to defeat something and run to another planet to refuel most of the time he won't be at full power at all because of how long it takes to get to another planet to essentially feed on it and refuel. Galactus basically can turn anything into fuel for his Power Cosmic, while planets and different kinds of energy being more efficient it seems. When Galactus gains access to the Arcane Arts, a source of basically unlimited of energy to use, he can feed it into his Power Cosmic without it running out while also fighting at full power without a worry about running out. This is all just my headcanon on things because I don't really know what's going on.

Man, I had goose bumps when i was reading this comic online when it came out. Galactus was dominating. Black bolt at his absolute managed to stagger Galactus prime but that wasn't even enough to stop him. Gladiator at his confidence was able to make this galactus bleed with a powerful punch. That was Insane. Blackbolt impressed me more than anyone.

It's absolutely insane how Gladiator bloodies peak Galactus. It shows what a fight guys like Gladiator, Thor, Hulk etc. can do to higher beings like Galactus before they go down.

It is very unfortunate that there is no jean gray WPOTC. Because it has released phoenix and it has returned to normal ... so is the other heroes. It is not there ... if it's in the future there will be many threats that are dangerous for the universe marvel. The author must reunite Jean Gray with full power phoenix (WPOTC) ... to work with other marvel heroes against the dangerous threat to the universe marvel.

This is basically non cosmic beings, i guess this version of Wanda is useless, Wanda Prime wouldve ended everything before it even begins, strange dint had his Prime powers too. Oh well learn from this people, there's thousands of versions of these characters throughout multiverse and everyone of them does not have same power levels. Unlike Cosmic being with default power levels. Current versions Of Living Tribunal, White Phoenix of the crown, Nemesis , Heart of the Universe would handle this Prine Galactus in no time.
