There's honestly not much difference in software actually. Both running the same UI the difference is mostly the pen features, and the camera AR features. S10 will even get the Android Q update before the Note 10.

Finally someone offered an actual conclusion, I have an old Note 3 (yes a Note 3, living in the past) and wanted a video that would help me in making that decision or either 10+ or the Note 10+. I got my answer at the very end of the video. Thanks you for making the video.

Great honest video. I feel the same same way. I'm sticking with my S10 Plus. Maybe when my S10+ is two years old and when I'm normally due for my upgrade, I will get a Note instead of the S Plus phone that's out. I normally buy Notes, but it seemed like the buzz at the time was that Samsung wasn't going to be making anymore Notes.

Hi Vadim, You forgot to mention the difference of storage speeds - s10 had UFS 2.1 and note10 has UFS 3.0. But the storage speed difference seems to be significant, and it even beats out OnePlus 7 Pro, which has UFS 3.0 storage. And Exynos verson also is upgraded to more powerful and power efficient 7nm chip - making it Exynos 9825. I hope ypu include these infos during your review. By the way, my one of the favorite channel is Max Tech, thanks for making the video - keep up the great work.

Underwelming how? do you want it to automate itself, bring you coffee, etc? This is a much as you can get on cellphones in 2019.....seriously.....the note 10 plus, with small improvements perfected the s10 plus......I prefer the boxier look, looks like a tool, more masculine, more professional......I prefer the hole punch in the corner, it is less distractive when streaming content, but in the center looks better, and is more simetricarl, but compared to a big ass notch apple gives its fanatics, this is miiiiiiiiileeeees better....I agree, if you are on a budget, get the s10 plus, it is really a beast of a phone, but if you are a note fanatic, and you have a note 10, then yes, it is worth upgrading to the note 10 plus, it really looks waaaaayy more modern than the note 9........reviewers tend not to give people the full picture

@@lorenzowashington5546 Underwhelming is the wrong word to use, it downgrades a BEAST of a phone, really.....if you compare to the s10 plus, yes, they are same year Technology, of course, the note 10 plus will improve only a little bit from the s10 plus.....people forget that they are both flagships from the same timeline.....but if you compare to the note 9, then it is worth the upgrade for sure.......this is the maximum you can get from a phone this year.......the only news from the smartphone comunity was motorized cameras and foldable devices, but the biggest flagships, this is what you will get.......

The Live Focus definitely isn't great yet. But the 3D scanning is crazy and amazing from what I've seen on Twitter. You guys should probably make a video about it because it's really crazy and it works.

I'll be honest and this is someone who owns both phones. My S10 plus runs way better being smoother in app functionality, speed and especially in battery life. I bought the Note 10 plus last week basically tweaking the phone like my S10 plus and it's got stutters when scrolling and battery performance is not that great considering it has a slightly bigger battery. Both phones have all their updates and running IOS 12. I even cleared the partition data on boot up. Going to go ahead and buy a new S10 plus. My current S10 plus screen is wrecked and no possible way to replace the screen due to the damage. Still though after getting ran over the S10 plus is blazing fast.

The boxy design was the main reason why I've chosen the Note 10 plus over the S10 plus. I wanted a bigger screen and after 10 moths with the Huawei Mate 20 pro ( awesome phone btw ) I'm sick of those rounded phones. The Note series always had this boxy design and luckily they kept it. I always preferred the Note series over the S series in terms of design

As usual, S series got all newest tech toys to test the water: Note series got extra features, fine tune the pros & remove all the cons! S pen is a great tool just use it as a mouse or BT remote, not to mention all gimmick functions. Just like no matter how good is notebook's touch pad, I always prefer a real mouse!

Used will always be cheaper than buying new the price difference is not much. Considering an S10+ is $1,000 for 128gh while Note 10+ is 1,100 for better battery, s pen, bigger screen, faster wireless charging, faster charging, more ram, and 256gb. Considering all that $100 is basically the price of a storage upgrade for Apple actually less since they charge $150 from a 64gb iPhone XS to a 256gb costing $1,150 US.

I have both and I love them both the same. 1 for business and 1 for personal use. Adding the note 10+ is only costing me $20 more a month so it was a no brainer. Also, who needs a headphone Jack. If you can afford a note 10+ then you can afford some galaxy buds. Get over it... Btw, I have the galaxy buds as well

(Digital-analog) I know there is a dac in the phone but still the quality is subpar . In terms of audio quality u get up to 4 times better bit rare on the wired ones depending on devices of course.

@@xoxosun if you care that much about audio playback quality then you shouldn't be using headphones in the first place. And your analog sound is only as good as the source. In this case the source is digital and has to be converted to analog no matter what you are listening on. Yes the headphone jack is analog but what you are saying is only worth anything if you are listening to a vinyl record or cassette tape through an all analog receiver with a headphone jack... Care to try again... I'm an audio engineer dude....

I originally had the s10+ ( still do) and bought the note 10+ to switch to however one thing I must mention is that the s10+ display completely shits on the note 10+ display. I even have a 10s max and I watched this video comparing all displays and the best was s10+ second was 10smax last was note 10 + . Watching videos side by side with the s10+ and the note 10+ makes it hard to leave my s10+ ... it's so disappointing .. it's like the bigger the screen is the more grainy videos get .

Yes it does over time.. but it takes about about a year and a half to be noticable.. even then it's fine though.. my mom has an iphone 8 and has never used fast charging but her battery has lost 15 percent health.. batteries will degrade no matter what

I love both❤️ I had both but currently using the Note 10 Plus 5G .... My opinion the Note actually is better n spending money wise with the base storage being 256gb and the ram being 12gb and bigger battery the only thing the S10 got on the Note is the headphone jack.... Plus the Note has the super fast charging with 25w and 45w ... So yea I do miss the size of the S10 plus at times lol but overall I'm happy with my Note 10 Plus 5G❤️🤗👍🏾 oh yea and I prefer the Note hole punch rather then the S10 Plus pill hole punch especially my experience n playing games as to where when it was time to push the x to skip ads it was n the notch on the S10 plus and started getting irritating as to where n having the hole punch n the middle ntn gets n the way🤗

The displays are the same. If you want to be technical the S10 should have a slightly sharper image because of the higher PPI

I was at the samsung store yesterday and i found out that there are no speakers on the screen of the note 10. It is now at the top of the phone, only a small hole compared to the speaker of the s10.

That's the USF 3.0 storage kicking in. Ram just keeps open apps running. 4 to 6GB of ram will keep 90 % of users happy. I personally have the 12 GB RAM S10+ just because

Its ok for me when theirs no headphone jack when it is Samsung Galaxy Note10+ because its soo loud it more like when i am watching a video and it was SGN10+ its more like i am not seeing the video.
