I've watched many videos about the Note 10 series, and you're THE ONLY ONE I've seen who talked about Edge Color (and customizing the wallpaper, icons and and lock screen, etc.). I've already pre-ordered my Note 10+, and while I was in the store fiddling with the phone, what got me excited was the"Edge Color" feature. I already get the specs and what phones can do, but it's these unique features I enjoy. So, kudos for not repeating all the obvious features I heard in all the other videos that Samsung highlighted in the 1st place!
@@kevinteran5624 a lock screen?? its 3 secs to unlock a phone .. thats not gonna kill anything .. I got a live wall paper on my 9 as we speak and thats the least of my concerns !!! fb does more of the killing than anything else lol
Thanks heaps for that @ArabTech I have been wondering if the note10+ had the haptic feedback cause on all other videos I've watched it dosent show or say. And I've been on a constant scroll in all the comments to see if this was able to be done. I love the haptic feedback and I'm so glad the Note10+ still has it. Thanks heaps. 😉
I'd like to add one thing to your lists, which is how to speed up the phone. Go to settings, scroll down to About Phone, choose Software Information, and then just click Build Number numerous times until there'a notification that says "developers action is enabled. And then back to the setting, choose Developer Actions on the bottom, and find Windows Animation, Transition Animation, and Animator Duration. Set those three to 0,5x or 0x scale, and voila! The phone is speed up now :D
Yep. Something I do on every phone I get. Just make sure to toggle the menu closed once you're done. That menu is akin to the Windows registry. A lot of things in there that nobody should be messing around with unless they want to mess up their devices.
@@ryantiarfahmi656 There's a blue toggle switch at the top of the developers options menu. Tap it to lock and hide the menu once you back out. Tapping the build number in the info menu re-enables it.
Took my video idea right out of my head. I have been searching for info about notification light and zip. Thought it might be done with the light ring around the camera like the s10. Very informative useful and great video. Just subscribed.
Hey man, love your channel. I watch a whole bunch of tech videos from others as well but I always find yours the most informative and detailed, while being digestible. Keep up the great work!
Awesome video!! I love the full screen navigation gestures. I hide the gestures hints to experience the entire screen real estate. The edge lightning is sick too!
Is it possible to set Google Assistant as the app to open By double pressing the power button? OR is it Just possible to open Google assistant when press and hold the menu/home button?
You can power off your phone by holding the volume down button and the power button at the same time for like 5 seconds and it will show you the power off option and restart and emergency.
Jon, great video. I went with the 5G version even though I don't have 5G in my area. Do you think this will use more battery or anything else negative compared to the regular 10+?
@@gunzankhan8243 because Im financing for 36 months and they damn well better have 5g in my area in 3 years. If not, I'm in the early trade-in program anyway
Yeah battery could possibly be affected since it's a separate antenna constantly searching for a signal but then again if there is a way to shut off the 5G portion of the antenna then it would be exactly the same.
You should have included developer options and minimize the window animations. Though I believe there's sorta an option like that in the settings already too. Should make the phone feel a bit snappier.
Yeah I thought about that but since this video is more for non advanced users I just wanted to keep it simple. This is a great addition to the list though so I appreciate that!
@@OT4Tech oh true. I was figuring the way you were explaining things that it was meant for non "tech savvy" people. Thanks for the acknowledgement though 🤘
Will we be able to use facial recognition with Samsung pay, Or is it still not secure enough? I use the Iris scanner on the note 9 with Samsung pay. But now that Iris is gone, is it fingerprint only
Add some cutout wallpapers to make note 10 look really cool , I found an app on reddit called WallPix wallpaper app. Wallpapers are of good quality. Hope it would be helpful.
