Sir why did you not transfer the gray stickers from your old back glass to the new one? Is it supposed to be metallic stickers that enhance signal? Thanks

Will the case glue be enough of should i use some liquid phone glue to help stick it?

The back glass alone with close to eom double sided tape should be enough!!! The scenario you will need additional glue (B7000) is only if your replacement back glass comes with a very thin tape. Please take a look at my S10 plus back replacement there I added extra glue because the tape was very thin and would not stick for long.👍🏽

How difficult is it to remove the entire camera bump from the original glass and reattach it to the new glass?

I wouldn't say it's difficult, you'll just have to be carefull when removing the old back glass ( without cracking it) then remove the camera bump add the new one. Make sure the tape that came with it is good and didn't sit without a protective film on the sticky side. And just swap everything then reattach a new tape for the back cover and seal the whole thing

What I recommend is to change the whole thing You can check the costs everything separate VS cost of a backglass with everything attached. Then you factor the time and stress you will dedicate to replace everything pièce by piece VS installing simply a new back cover after you remove your old back. That's my thinking, if you get your parts really cheap it might make sense to change only the camera bump ✅✅✅

Sweet, cheers for the replies. The back glass is already cracked in this case, so I was only curious as the original bump(if previous replacement part are anything to go by) would be better quality than the generic one.

You're right oem parts are better, but I am not sure if a seller will sell you tape only for you to transfer the oem camera bump. They rather sell you everything part with tape attached than selling tape only. Am not sure if you understand my point correctly...

Will it be still waterproof after replacing the back and camera glass?

It should retain some water resistance not exactly sure if will be ip68 as original rating but would be good enough for light water exposure and even Submerged but only for a few minutes no more than 3mn. That's my recommendations because these aftermarket double-sided tape are not 100% the same as what Samsung had on the device. Recommended avoiding water if possible if you have to submerge it just be a little careful.

Is it still water resistant after replacing the back glass?

Technically it can still withstand water but won be capable to withstand the same about of time as if it was new. I made a water test very recently for a device previously repair check that out 😂😂😂

I had this done "professionally" by asurion insurence with verizon.... they put on a backplate that was engraved 'refurbished' left a thumb print on the INSIDE of the camera lense. And something rattles around inside it!!! I immediately complained and started a service request... after a week they ghosted me... then claimed they had no record of me ever having serice!! Never use asurion !!!

No that not possible because you would have to remove the screen and change the mid frame into a bronze. You can easily replace the back cover like I did in this video. The mid frame that’s more complex and you risk to damage your perfectly good screen
