Don't you have to charge the phone first? And put the strap on first? I thought this was about a startup?

Im facing an issue with my galaxy watch ultra. Im trying to connect it to my s24 ultra, but it is saying the device is not supported.

So u don’t have special app in Samsung for their watches like iPhone has… was willin to buy ultra like the looks but dunno will wait few days still to decide… have iPhone
