In this quick video, Shakeel from @ Wavyon8 goes over how to Gallop on roller skates.

As stated in the video, You have to already know how to skate backwards before attempting this! so please make sure you can do that. This is beginner friendly however it is considered an advanced Trick. I've been skating for a year now and still dont know how to do it properly so please be patient.
