@@Machete87 Colossus told Wolverine that he wasn't serving Magneto willingly and he didn't have a choice, and then when Colossus got sick of Magneto he replied something like "Harm me and you'll never see your family again". That's why after Apocalypse "killed" Magneto, Colossus left the Acolytes.

@@IStevenSeagal Actually he can. He used his powers he didn't know he had and went back in time before Sinister was evil and still human Essex and got him to reattach that part of his brain. It's how he defeated New Sun and New Sun is the one who said Gambit of the main universe is even more powerful and connected naturally to his powers than him. He has the power fully now he just got tired and strained fighting New Sun. Also as much as I like Magneto he'd get absolutely wrecked. Again at full power Gambit has literally all the powers of powers of MCU Captain Marvel including the turning into an energy being, energy blasts, strength, flight, speed etc. Healing factor aka also no aging Kinetic kinesis aka telekinesis Can control lots of forms of energy including mutant energy, magic energy, time Can take energy from places so can do like Iceman and freeze things by taking energy from the area or Thermo blasts by heating things up Can control potential energy so can make objects including people stop unable to move or continueously move Complete kinetic energy control so he doesn't have to touch just look and can literally make people explode or do like timed detonations also how powerful the blast or energy put into it is. Go from just knocking someone out or again making them explode All his continuous energy output like Magneto makes like a bio field except Gambit's is stronger and protects from touch based powers and telepath powers. Lastly he can charge large objects because sadly what main Gambit fears happened with New Sun who by accident when he was younger and couldn't control his powers literally blew up his planet.

@@brandontrammel4581 What you're describing is not a permanent thing, kinda like how a writer once made Hulk TOAA or Franklin Richards not being a mutant, or Thor having Jean Grey as his mother. Those are one time nonsensical stories from writers trying to go an extra mile. According to Marvel's hierarchy they classed Gambit as level 3 and Magneto as level 6. New Sun would've been a different case as he was able to beat the Phoenix and Apocalypse(both classed as level 8).

Alessandro Juliani got both the sauve AND the accents (Southern AND Japanese pronunciation). What more could he have with that wonderful vocal range of his? Sadly yes, his Cajun accent is lacking but his French makes up for it.

​@@xiayabennett6982seeing how he does join the x men along with colossus in the future make it more puzzling plus he was part of the original team to stop apocalypse under magneto and it seems he serve magneto willingly as he went to keep the brotherhood in check and he wasn't bride like colossus to serving him so I think he would like to save his old boss plus rogue could have convinced him to help out since he own her one

If they had been given a season 5, he would have gotten more use. Same with Colussus who probably would have gotten a storyline about freeing his sister Illyana.

Check out Wolverine and the X-Men. it's a good show, and Gambit was very interesting there in my opinion.

This show was always enjoyed. Online it got smack for people who did not like the X-Men actually being in school and fans of X-Men the Animated Series who would not take off their nostalgia glasses.

@genethagos619 It was a very solid show. It did focus too much on Wolverine, but it did a lot of characters very well.

@@Theriness266 Oh, good. I was afraid Rogue was a little younger & Gambit was a little older. But that’s a decent age gap.

In his first appearance in the season 2 finale, he was animated with white sclera and brown pupils. From season 3 onward, they went with the comic accurate black sclera and red pupils.

Actually it's kind of correct. With his back story they just changed the Team he was in. His original story he was apart of the Meraudures with Mr. sinister until he seen what was going on and thus Turning on me sinister and the X-men Took gambit in. He was never a Villain just in the wrong place not having a Healthy Up bringing. He Eventually sees his true Ways. Both in this Tv show and in the Comics. By then end of it. Especially after Cajun Spice episode with Rogue and Gambit in New Orleans he officially changed his Ways After that. You can see him with the x-men in the final Photo shot the Final Episode. And rogue is wearing his coat in a vision that Xavier had. He was never a Villain just made bad mistakes in his past life. As of the new comic issues of 2024 he Sacrificed himself to save The world and Mystique and the X-men.

Kinda in the middle, normally a good guy in comics but here he’s more of a bad guy?
