Sarfaraz Nawaz’s biggest claim to fame was his invention of the reverse swing that left many a batsmen clueless on his day. I was in u.s college at the time. before match I predicted to my friends that since pak is through to next round they will lose the match. we friends were mimicking the conversation wasim would have with the ‘boys’ in locker. my only regret is not putting a good $500 on the match. so it was no big prediction or revelation, knowing pak mentality, to go around saying that bangladesh would win that match.

Mr.PJMIR How does Ex Cricketer Zulqarnain Haider and Saleem Malik know the amount paid to cricketers for match fixing when he claims that he has never been approached or was involved in this? Such interviews without any documentation are very damaging to Pakistan and media should be very careful in sensationalising this after so many years. To me this whole match fixing should be taken care by the police and not through media circus that you are involved in.

Really, I saw all matches of World Cup '99 ... Now all the things are proving right, what Sarfraz Nawaz is saying... Why Sarfraz Nawaz didn't speak during or after 1999 World Cup??? I think there's gang of gamblers when something goes against them, they started speaking against other side. I always like sarfaraz nawaz as he was not greedy and sincere to his country. Sarfaraz period was the last generation who were corruption free people with great attitude and ethics. Now everything has become dirty and corrupt.
