Custom OSD firmware for the One-Chip Q5 OSD IPS kit for the Game Boy Pocket from KGSWS. Wew.
This replaces the factory OSD on the One Chip MGB kits with a custom OSD. New features include contrast wheel brightness adjustment, input remapping, and a logo splash screen on boot. Otherwise this reworks existing features with an easier to navigate OSD.

Dang, guess I’m gonna have to experiment with this. I stick with the old FP screens because of the black border around the image and contrast/brightness controls, but I prefer setting up my own palettes as FP isn’t quite set to the coloring I like. I may be updating my main GBCam shooter Pocket soon.

Is it possible to change the card slot on an gba sp to be loaded from the top like an analogue pocket does? But that it fits like in a sp an slides fully instead of peaking out like in a pocket

Is anyone modding funnyplaying ribbons, or is that totally out of the question? Would love to see an open source general firmware for these hires display mods some day.

Not that I'm aware of. The funnyplaying kits are constructed much differently so modding them is a much more difficult undertaking.
