Darwin Hernández Even after Hardhome we didn't really know who he is. He only became known as the Night's King after the official GoT Viewer's Guide described him as such (after his appearance in Season 4 btw).

This is my all time favorite episode of the entire show. It is so amazing. I love how menacing the Night king is looking down at them and then staring at Jon as he sails away into the mist.

My favorite GoT battle is Hardhome. The night it aired, I was a nervous freaking wreck 😫. I held my pillow the entire battle scene.

I'm pretty sure that "Night's King" refers to a different character from the books, the legendary 13th Lord Commander of the Night's Watch. "Night King" is this episode's blue guy's proper name.

The Night's King's ability to control multiple bodies at the same time is eerily similar to Bran's skills. Bran can warg into 1 body (Summer or Hodor), but, I wonder, with training is it possible for him to control 2 or more, like Varamyr Sixskins in the book, or much, much more? Like a "good" version of this wight army? Hmmm...

@@debasegrog5153 No. There's a night's king, the 13th lord commander of the NW, who married a female white walker and subdue the night watch under a spell and declares himself king. The stark and the NW remnants kill him. It's a legend in the books
