Meanwhile me getting scared of that blood slowly dripping all over the screen and that's the only reason I did not want to play this game back then. :D
The skiing sections were...not very well programmed, to say the least. Hell, half the time the grunts share *Bond's* damage clips for absolutely no reason during these sections.
I think as a kid, I accidentally killed Paris with the gas grenades (that you get *after* the boss fight which guarantees her death if you use them...thanks, devs, useful tool). Also I definitely sniped Q cause I wasn't sure what I saw. ...Wait, Bond doesn't die on the electricity? That's...incredible. Besides, why is Paris not allowed to die anyway? That whole plot point was *that* she died. XD
I can answer that. You see at the time of development the game was originally gonna be a follow up to Tomorrow Never Dies not a game adaptation and my guess the developers were probably working with an earlier version of the script where Paris gets to live.
TND and TWINE shared the same game engine. At 4:50, you can hear the exact same pain sound that was used for Christmas Jones in TWINE, but in a higher pitch.

A few things: 1. It's amazing you went back to this to add to it. 2. Boy does this make the blood effect look lazy with a better resolution 3. *Who worked on the skiing sections, high chimpanzees?*
