It's one of the greatest games in our history (Duke/KU). We have had many to choose from but this one is close to the top. It's too bad one of these great teams had to lose. KU needs another game like this (without all the turnovers) to beat 'Nova and meet Michigan for the Championship. Congrats to Duke and Coach K for a great season.

This was one of the best college basketball games I’ve ever watched. I’ve probably watched this replay at least a couple dozen times now just to appreciate how good of a game it was. Even though I’m a KU fan, I have mad respect for Duke and Coach K. Best of luck to both teams in the 2018-2019 season!

Spain Pick & Roll, except instead of at the free throw line or further, it's ran in the post. Excellent play. You knew once you saw the first screener slip the screen, and cut, it was going to be an easy layup.

Yeah those refs were awful, that charge changed the game in a major way, because carter got fouled out and the out of bounds play was not enough evidence to overturn the call

Go Syracuse, I had Michigan St winning it all and when they lost to my boys (Syracuse), I had two things I had to do. Celebrate and ripping my bracket into a million pieces. @@Jared-sh2dk I think about that 2003 KU/CUSE title game so often. I am a die-hard KU fan. I knew Roy was leaving...man it broke my heart. You guys played such a great game though! Gerry McNamara was unconscious from 3 point land in the 1st half (I hate that I know how to spell his name with a "G" lol). I don't dislike Syracuse at all, just that one night :) -- now that my Hawks are back in the Final Four, I wanted to watch this clip. Hopefully Nova doesn't set ANOTHER record for first half threes in a Final Four game against us! Go Orange. Go Jayhawks!

Watched this a couple of times at 6:01 of this video Duke scores on an and one. There is some bench player on Duke's team that starts yelling smack at Newman for Kansas. That might have poured some gasoline on the man who was already on fire.

Duke got caught looking ahead to a match-up with Villanova and overlooked a very good Kansas team that made them pay for doing it. One other thing I would note that may or may not have gotten a lot of post-game attention is the fantastic job that Mykhailiuk did defensively on Duke's Marvin Bagley III giving away at least 2 or 3 inches. He did a terrific job of styming him offensively for much of the game.

The SEC didn't have an elite team capable of making a deep tournament run this year, but the conference is making huge strides in basketball compared to where it was a few years ago. The league is good top-to-bottom. Texas A&M beat UNC pretty easily, and my team, LSU, was good enough to beat Michigan this year and we didn't even make the tournament. We finished 10th in the SEC. Watch out for us next year with the #3 recruiting class coming in and an actually good coach in charge now.

The reason I being a duke fan and the acc fans think we are the best conference is because we have a lot of nba talent come out of our schools. Look back on the last 8 champions too how many years has the acc won???? 4 out of the 8 years. Acc saying we are the best conference is a point that has been proven time and time again not just by one year.

I had Kansas winning this game for two reasons: 1. Guard play - Duke commanded the sports punditry world with the one and done frontcourt duo of Bagley and Carter Jr, as well as senior shooting guard Grayson Allen. Kansas had better guards with Graham and Malik as well as Svi's versatility, plus they had been to three straight Elite 8s (including this game). 2. The regional was in Omaha, which is Jayhawks territory given the close distance from Lawrence. Duke had not made a Final Four from the Midwest Region since their first title back in '91 (Pontiac, Michigan).

This Kansas team was good but even as a KU fan? I knew this was one of the tp3 Duke starting 5s in their history! Those 2 big men Carter & Bagley? Jesus H this may actually be my #1 favorite win as a Diehard Kansas fan since a 9yr old in 1988! That Duke team was INCREDIBLE
