Great sub by the coach getting some more height in there In case of a rebound . The player in black actually screened out Mudder pretty good the ball just rebounds further out from the basket . A good play by Mudder to put back his rebound .The ball rebounds to a different place game over black team wins . Game winners always fun to watch . Since this was a championship game , Mudder will always be remembered.
"His Father was a mudder." "His father was a mudder?" "His Mother was a mudder too." "His Mutter was a mudder?" "Now, what'd I say?" Seinfeld was awesome in its time.
There is no continuation in HS.... And if you make the first FT of a 1 and 1 you get to shoot again. Not double bonus... The big kid in white just road graded that kid in black... good play!
This is a perfect example of an official deciding who he wants to win the game. On both free throws, the player who made the winning basket pushed the much smaller boy totally under the basket. No finesse, just brut force. This is not incidental contact, but contact to gain a big advantage. Of course the coach of the winning team made that substitution because he knew what his player would do. The black jerseyed team should have been shooting free throws with about 1 second left on the other end a one point lead. Horrendous no call.
I don't know if the official "decided" but he clearly didn't make the correct call. I reffed high school long enough and noticed the push right away. #24 literally pushed him 5 feet.
one of the worst "box outs" you will ever see... defensive player first steps were into the basket as opposed to boxing out or boxing out the kid who hit the winning shot. You can see that the kid who should have boxed out ended up underneath the net... ... a good place to catch the ball if went through the next, but not for a rebound.
