GameCube seems to be the upper limit. At least if you want to go above the native resolution.
With it two A76 and six A55 Cortex cores the Helio G99 from Mediatek performd nice for every day task. Also gaming and emulation is a no brainer. But with the GameCube generation it reachs it's limit.
