Gametrailers E3 2015 Reaction Saga (The Last Guardian, FFVII Remake, Shenmue III) 

Huber's reaction to the Shenmue 3 announcement still brings tears to my eyes, after all these years :')

Kyle: "I got my composure back, i'm a professional" Sony: "Do you think so?"

I loved the fact that they were JUST getting over the FFVII-R announcement, just barely even started paying attention to the screen again and then BOOM. SHENMUE 3 bitches! * queue madness *

Bosman: "I don't really agree about wanting an FF7 remake." *perches on stool like a cat about to POUNCE on the damn game* Huber: "I want to see people WEEPING besides me." *is the guy weeping beside everyone else*

Can't remember how many times I've watched this video.

This video is meant to be a celebration of GT and the beautiful human being that is Michael Huber. If you want to criticize their professionalism or tell me my video is shit that's fine. But if you want to act like there's something wrong with him and you're some superior being that decides what's normal and not normal, then you can take that shit to one of the many other reaction videos and find some other "normal" people to talk to, because there won't be any here. Sorry about that! :)

"The release won't be out for 5 years..." Well, that's a prediction that appears to be coming true.

That Shenmue reaction from just the first few notes of the theme is pure awesome.

This video never fails to pick me up if I'm feeling down. The world feels like a better place when people can just be happy and excited about things instead of perpetually cynical.

There are people who don't understand the raving fanaticism many of us have for these games. Final Fantasy VII shaped many lives, attitudes, career choices, for young adults at a very impressionable time. The excitement is well warranted.

Can't remember the last time I saw game journalists actually get excited about games.

I actually cried a little bit when they announced VII. I never thought this day would finally come.

Sony fucking killed it. One of the greatest E3 conferences ever.

My god....all they had to do was finish the universe off by announcing Half Life 3. The time space continuum would be shattered. The force of destruction and chaos would have been equivalent to the results of summoning Bahamut Zero, Eden, and Knights of the Round all at the same fucking time.

A youtube channel and patreon from the GT crew is our Shenmue 3 now. I want to believe...

Blows my mind how anyone could say Microsoft "won E3" after the triple-punch of Sony announcing "The Last Guardian", "Shenmue 3" and the "Final Fantasy VII" remake. You have two pieces of gaming ROYALTY that nobody expected would ever happen with FF and Shenmue, and one of the most eagerly-anticipated on-and-off titles of the past decade with Last Guardian. You really just can't beat that, no matter how hard you try.

"You maniacs! What are you doing?" And the drop the headphones moment after standing on your chair. "We did it!" "Every dream has come true!" Personally , I'll only play The Last Guardian for my tastes but your reactions are the most memorable I've seen for gaming. Beautiful reactions.

Basic tear down how people thought during that E3: The Last Guardian announcement: Ok...... I like this.... FFVII announcement: THANK GOD THAT WE HAVE SONY!!!! Shenmue 3 announcement: This isn't real....... I must be dreaming, or I'm in the matrix........ There is no way this is possible..... HOW!!!!

If I ever feel sad, all I'm gonna do is come to this video, put it on 10:15 and be happy again.

This is the single greatest reaction video I've ever seen, it brings tears to my eyes almost every time I watch it. I play video games because of this, I've grown up with the media for 35 years simply for this. There's never been a greater show in the history of E3 for video games, I'm still in awe 5 years later.

My dreams were for the FF7 remake although I admit, I've stopped banking on that dream a long time ago so this was quite shocking. My other dream was for Sony to announce they've somehow resurrected Konami's Silent Hills project for the Morpheus

I love watching this. Huber is a true gamer and actually shows real enthusiasm unlike other gaming journalists. I get teary eyed every time I see him so fucking happy. If FFVI ever gets a HD remake That will be me when he found out about Shenmue 3.

We'll pass down the myth to our children, gathered against the dark by the luminescent glow of their oversized tablet, and let them know. That there was once hope and beauty in the world, and may yet be so again.

As a gamer....how could you not love this? I know we were all feeling exactly like this.

These can be trying times in a modern, cynical world of video games where we have pre order DLC, annual franchise cash grabs, contrived controversy, questionable journalism, and games releasing in an unfinished state. But every now and then we're reminded of why this hobby means so much to us. This is the beauty of video games. Great conference. Heartfelt reactions. An E3 to remember.

Thanks for putting this together with previous GT videos. You can tell they saw the tweets from Yu Suzuki of forklifts photos before E3. There's only so much teasing or false alarms a fan of any of the 3 series can take before breaking down when the news breaks. As a fan of ALL 3 series, I know their reaction was very appropriate and HUMAN. I shed a few tears myself. Thank you for cutting this together.

I've been following the GT crew for a couple of years now, the way Bosman, Huber, Jones, Elyse & Ian report on videogames is genuinely refreshing and entertaining, they all have such passion for videogames and are effortlessly funny. Knowing that, I'd still never have guessed that their E3 livestream would be so fun to watch this year. They just continue to win me over every day. Good job guys. Also, great montage Szeth, you're obviously a true GT fan. Suck it IGN, Gamespot, Giantbom, Kotaku, whatever..

Whenever I'm having a bad day, I go back to this video.

I was JUST talking to my wife this morning (breakfast and GT has been a tradition for years) about how someone needs to compile Huber/Bosman's E3 reactions with their respective Huber Hype/Final Bosman segments. Perfectly executed, just as I had imagined it! I also LOVED when Kyle said "suck it, cynics" and you flashed that Giant Bomb logo. I can't stand jaded, bitter games journalism. If you've lost the passion for the medium, LEAVE. On the other hand, the genuine enthusiasm for gaming at GT is infectious. By far my favorite gaming site... I just wish they still had Sluss and Ryan, but an amazing crew none the less. Anyhow, thanks for making this video!

I've been watching GT since 2008, and those guys are like family to me. Since what happened last year with the layoffs, these guys really needed something like this. I felt happy for them, and I also wanted to share this enthusiasm with them. This was really something special. Thanks for this great vid!

Start of 2021 and things have been rough but hopping onto this video and watching the genuine joy and excitement still makes ME joyful and excited. So glad they let themselves just be in the moment and enjoy. Also, that off-the-cuff 5 year guess on FF7R was oddly prophetic.

I just love how the reaction to FFVII was slowly building up, until the last lettering, when they finally realized what it was... But in the Shenmue III reaction it was chaos all over the place from the very beginning!

I was so excited and moved to tears and shout at the same time upon seeing the teaser of FFVII remake, unbelievably. Just when I am still trying to calm down from the excitement, shenmue 3 announcement appeared, I died and revived of happiness immediately. See the GT crew are as excited as anyone of us and they are not afraid to show their excitement in front of the camera. Salute to everyone in GT.
