Some good shooting there old lad, pretty good video editing skills too. Good how you got the picture in picture with two videos ect and slowed the frames down on the end with the tic tacs looks like you have a really good set up now from targets to rests to the video editing skills. 10/10 👍🏼👊🏼
shaneweightman this is the best one so far on the editing side. And from what I’ve seen I’d stick with the gamo seems to work to perfection with ya 👍🏼 and yup you’ll get quicker and learn shortcuts ect. I don’t bother messing with computers anymore as they drain time and I know editing is one of the longest processes. Top vid x

The more I see you shoot the Phox, I am convinced it is the rifle for my needs, but because I am going to use it for pest control, I think the extra hitting power of the.22 will be my best option.I think your marksmanship is pretty impressive to say the least, particularly when you mention the pellet quality is not quite up to scratch. shaneweightman Shane, I'm sorry but I have a couple more questions about your Phox, which I hope you don't mind answering if you wouldn't mind. Is your Phox a mk.2. referred to as the Silenci ? I ask as this model has removable silencer, threaded, unlike the first .22 only version. I have since found out, that like the Coyote it has the tactical stock which has the adjustable cheek piece, is that true, if you have the mk 2 you should have those features on yours. Please ignore this message if I have overstepped the Mark in my request, and I hope I haven't offended you in anyway, I can assure you it was not my intention. Thanks my friend. Phil.
smiffywildlife my Phox doesn’t have an adjustable cheek piece buddy , or my friends coyote , I was told were I bought the gun , that mine is the mk2 , because the silencer unscrews , and comes off , the first model has I think a whisper unit that cannot be taken off at all , then there’s a gx40 model that I’ve only seen on Andy Aaa, never seen one for sale or in the flesh , but I’ve noticed when air rifles are sold in different countries they are slightly different or called something different, I guess it s down to the importing country , I looked on the BSA official sight and also the Gamo sight , and was left confused by the models , that I’d never seen or heard of , I will continue looking and should I find anymore info will let you no ,, thanks Shane , fire away anytime buddy , if I can ever help I will , Shane

Great shooting and a very good video. You seem to have the same interests as me looking at your garage/workshop with motorcycles,mountain bikes and air rifles. I like the tip about the ideal filling pressure and am particularly interested in the chinese compressor. I had an FX Cyclone built by Ben Taylor which i should never have sold. I now have a BSA Lightning XL which i have tuned ,blueprinted and increased the power from just under 10 ft/lb to around 11.5 ft/lb and smoothed out the firing cycle a bit but i am not great with a light weight spring rifle any more so i was looking at the Gamo Phox as my next rifle. I think your video has persuaded me to buy one.
sorry for the late reply buddy , if youve bought one i think you will be very happy , however for me the np02 is better as im left handed and the cocking lever is on the left ,and also you get 160 shots from a fill . 2 14 shot mags single shot tray . and a hard plastic case,and all for 330 quid new ,,, looking back wish i would have bought the kral in the first place ,,cheers Shane
@@shaneweightman Hi Shane,I did buy a Gamo Phox and I am very happy with it .22 Air Arms disable field 16.0 gr seem to suit it well. It really is easy to use and the magazine indexes very well,it is very accurate and with a bit of tinkering I have the power running at 11.4 ft/lb with the heavy pellets.. Thank you.
I’ve owned a Phox for about a year and a half and the one thing I can say is that it’s not pellet fussy,I’ve shot 7.54’s all the way up to 10.34’s and the groups are always under a five pence at 30 yards ,this is just as accurate as some guns 4 and 5 times the price and even sweet spot shooting only 60 to 70 at full power more than enough for a good nights ratting
good gun for the price , but id rather have the kral out of the two ,, cheaper new shoots 160 per fill , 14 shot mags times 2 ,, single shot tray , hard plastic case, 330 new cant beat them in my books ,, thanks for the comment buddy take care shane
i purchased the gamo coyote about a month ago, it's literally the same action, and almost the same stock, but mine has an adjustable cheekrest, it's a pretty accurate gun, mine seems to like any pellet over 15gr, it even likes the 30gr slugs and also the RWS Powerbolts!!, footnote....ex-pat living in holland with no restrictions to power limits on air rifles, so mine is the full power(states around 40j(33ft/lb, but in reality it's about 29-35J(29,5ft/lb)
