10 years ago I bought the Korean version, and even thought I love this megazord, the toy feels kind of a lackluster when I compared it to the japanese Wild Force Megazord I have. I'm not sure if it's the plastic quality that feels cheap or the lack of ratchet joints.
@@ShadoWalker07 you are confused. The person you are arguing with means that the person who made the comment heard that baltmatrix said jungle fury. So, he said the toy was from wild force, not jungle fury. And you are confused on what he said. I'm just saying.
The metal in the Japanese version goes a long way. Gao Rhino/Rhinoce is so heavy that the whole combo does not need the tail to support itself from toppling over backwards. Also Gao Deers/Dias's antlers were also a rubbery plastic in the Japanese release. That kind that gets weird and slightly sticky if stored in certain conditions like Transformer G1 Monstructor's Pretender shells.
I have the western one. The Falcon has a sound chip in the tail, its good as it acts as a backstand to stop it collapsing over. Glad I have the legs with the die cast though to support that falcon. My Giraffe head is just as floppy.
Oh boy. Well at least the video title has the correct series on it as it isn't from Jungle Fury, but easy mistake to make. You didn't show us the deer zord gimmick. It's name is Gao Icarus in Japanese and it was not Sono Kong that made this re-issue, Bandai has a South Korean division that distributes it's own toys. For whatever reason Bandai America didn't release a DX version off the toy, just a remote controlled version, but it was available in other parts of the world including Europe. Late night videos aren't doing you justice I don't think. Your intro gets cut as well.
+David315842 I think they did release a proper version of the Isis Megazord. I remember EVAUnit4A mention in his review of Gao Falcon/Gao Icarus that the BoA version had electronics in the Falcon Wildzord's tail which Gao Falcon lacks, though the set itself was very hard to find.
DetectiveBarricade It may have originated from Europe? Though it's hard to say wear ever or not it had a limited US release or not. It wouldn't be the last though as Mystic Force's Centarus Wolf Megazord had a limited release or wasn't released in the US at all.
Unfortunate that Gaoranger beat Power Rangers to the name Icarus in this mecha. Wild Force ended up calling the counterpart the "Isis Megazord". Quite unfortunate because most of these people in RU-vid's comment sections absolutely HATE context.
My brother and I have almost all of the Power Rangers Wild Force Megazords except the Isis megazord and Elephantzord which were hard to find and you forgot to mention about another combination with the Isis megazord. The combination that I am talking about is the Pegasus megazord combine with the Red Lion zord, Blue Shark zord, White Tiger zord, Elephant zord, and Falconzord.
And that's why the Gaoranger/Wild Force is one of my favorite lines of toy Sadly, we never had the third pair of legs unless you count the giant gaolion/Wildforce lionzord
OMG I used to have these when I was little! It was my favorite toy, unfortunately both the Deer and Giraffe Zords ended up breaking loosing the antlers and head... And worse of all they got lost in the mail when I was moving to the US... Now all I have of it is the Armadillo Zord sadly...
imagin if the godess after wich this robot is named came to give em a power boost in the show sadly they never traveled that far off from were ever the show takes place
I am now confused I have the animus megazord and it has a fair amount of diecast but I don't know if it's Japanese or not and if it isn't why does animus have diecast while isis doesn't evan though I'm pretty sure it came before animus
+Joshua Zhang Well, unfortunate now. Before it was an Egyptian Goddess, now it is synonymous with Terrorism. Could be worse. It could be the ISIL Megazord.. Anyways, I just love the Jungle Fury Megazord, using the WIldzords(Yeah Spada, you screwed up the name.)
No offence Baltmatrix but you might want to watch the vid before posting it as you mention the deer zord having a gimmick that you'll show later and you forgot about it.
I have the Western version of this. Unfortunately their is a crack on the giraffe and the Falcon feathers have broken off with the end part of the wings being verus loose :(
