Garage Door Opens/ Closes on its own? Watch this !! 

Is your garage door opening or closing by itself ? Mind of its own?
There may be a few issues to look at but one of the most common is a faulty wall panel or damaged wall button.
I’ve seen this happen a lot over the years where the wall panel is either defective over time or damaged from user force. 
Other issues that can cause this can be interference or some kind of signal loss. Best ways to handle this if it’s not the wall panel is to reset your motor and remotes and reprogram them to the motor.
Another failure can be wiring on the back of the motor or wall panel.
I’ve seen exposed wires going into the motor that were exposed and touching each other while hanging from the motor causing the unit to trip open and closed.
