Some of the best freeing fluid I've found is called Freeall. It's a industrial spray and it works amazingly!

I’d be out of breath too from pushing that thing around. I’ve got about an acre that’s mostly sloped. If I got a hold of one of these blowers I’d conjure up a way to either attach it to the front of my Wheel Horse tractor or tow it behind.

I also agree with what you said about the quality drivers. I love my Pittsburgh pro blue and red set for $10. I used them for my job for a while but upgraded to a Snapon Williams USA made screwdriver set and the driver ends bite alot better. My garage now has the blue and red drivers from HF and they are going strong!

I have that same shirt also, 🐻⬇️ great video as always. The ultrasonic cleaner noise in the back wasn't too bad, then again, I wasn't using earbuds. That may make a difference. But good golly miss Molly you lucked out with the bowl gasket and fiber gasket working just right. If only everything went that smoothly!

Brake parts cleaner is my go-to for cleaning up a carb just my personal preference

I just picked one of these dirt cheap. It has the 9hp Subaru. Came here to make sure it's supposed to be hard to pull start. Glad it's not just mine 😅

Great video. Worked on the same exact model this morning. Guy said the recoil starter was bad. These have a unique recoil starter. Just took some WD-40 and it fired right up.

My guy I was thinking of doing the same I just bought one have 10 others but always bought running same issue just haven't gotten to clean the carb & shot of brake clean for good spirits! Hahaha after watching thus got me wanting

Question: I got a tach so I can set speeds at a professional level when I restore equipment. I've easily been able to find specs for things like chainsaws. I just got a Ryobi BP 42 backpack blower tuned really well (after cleaning out the carb, which seems to have been the problem with a screen clogged with paraffin) and no amount of Googling turns up any specs. I assume the Low is probably around 3000 RPMs, give or take a couple hundred, but have no idea what the High RPMs should be. I suspect it won't be nearly as high as a chainsaw and maybe in the range of a string trimmer but I really want to set it just right so I protect the equipment no matter what. Any suggestion as to an approximate High end range? Even better, could you direct me to a source for that information? Right now I have the High set at around 7000 and the Low is set at around 2700 and those seem to be the sweet spots. Of course I've backed off on the High end to not run too lean, but the adjustment on this machine is very tweaky and I could be off because I just don't have enough experience to know exactly what it should sound like, even though I do know what four-stroking sounds like on a chainsaw.
