ब्रिटेन के डॉक्टर क्रिस वान टुल्लेकेन ने उन दावों की सच्चाई परखी कि क्या वाक़ई में चुकंदर, लहसुन और तरबूज़ खाने से ब्लड प्रेशर कंट्रोल में रहता है. आख़िर सच्चाई क्या है? दिल की बीमारी वाले मरीज़ों के लिए हाई ब्लड प्रेशर एक बहुत बड़ा ख़तरा है. ब्रिटेन में इस बीमारी से ही सबसे ज़्यादा मौतें होती हैं. यदि इन तीनों चीज़ों को लेकर किए जाने वाले दावे सही हैं तो फिर ये खाद्य पदार्थ बहुत बड़े 'जीवन रक्षक' साबित हो सकते हैं. किंग्स कॉलेज लंदन के डॉ. एंडी वेब भी इन खाद्य पदार्थों को लेकर होने वाले दावों की सच्चाई परखने के लिए बड़े स्तर पर एक प्रयोग कर रहे हैं. उन्होंने यह समझने की कोशिश कि वास्तव में इनका क्या असर होता है.

लहसुन सबसे बेहतर है क्योंकि उसे लंबे समय तक सुरक्षित रखा जा सकता है इसकी तुलना में चुकंदर कहीं नहीं ठहरता चुकंदर सुरक्षित नहीं रखा जा सकता

Sabhi juicer mei chukandar ka juice nahi banta hai ...eske liye koi acha sa juicer lena padega jaise sujata ka multi mix ....rs5400 ya 5000 ka milega

​@@vp4053 dip a garlic clove in yoghurt if you are sensitive to its aroma. Then you can make a paste and just swallow with water. If taken raw, it acts as medicine. If cooked, it's medicinal property diminishes and it just becomes a flavouring agent.

Garlic 100% works!! Ive tried it and so have other people i know! Beetroot,coconut water, pomegranate all are helpful too. Of course, nothing beats a balanced diet and even a regular walk!

I used to take high blood pressure medicine for last 8 to 9 years ( 50 mg plus 10 mg medicine ) than I start to eat every morning 2 clove garlic 🧄 , now I take less than 10 mg medicine , ( some time I don't take medicine ) but my blood pressure is still normal ! ! Thanks God

Loudspeakers increase blood pressure by irritating. Woken up violently in early morning hours. 5.50 to 7.00 am is the worst time with rising intensity noise. Another at 8.30am ensures complete loss of sleep Aged, infirm, infants, health care suffer the most. During the day too, it distracts and intrudes in conversation and TV programs. Disturbs rest and irritates. Unattended complaint on website of police, NHRC, CPGRMS have emboldened them to be more noisy. Supreme court should immediately act. Tolerance has it's limits.

एक ओर, हिंग चुटकी भर घी नही तो हनी के साथ सुबह शाम ले कर भी BP control मे आता हे। ओर आप तज powder आधी छोटी चम्मच हनी नही तो चबा शकते हो । मे भी लेती हूँ ।
