Wow! This shrimp with garlic and wine really looks so tasty! I would definitely try this recipe! So easy! Thanks for sharing! You did a great job my friend! Keep it up 👍
Tried this dish out today and never cooked with wine hahaha so I made the mistake and bought it and had no cork screw and it took me two hours to open the bottle 😂😆 but I got it. The cork is stuck in the bottle but I don't mind!!. It came out delicious and was worth the wait!! It taste so fresh and I wasn't sure if I was going to like the wine but you hardly taste the wine and instead it really brings out the taste in the veggies and seeps in them and creates this delicious fancy sauce. I felt like a chef from a fancy restaurant. It felt nice. Iam a rookie cook so I'm going to keep remaking this dish!!. My shrimp wasn't the best but practice makes perfect!.
Very good recipe I might have thrown in a largely diced tomato and a handful of chop scallions two and maybe put it over a bed of Angel hair pasta al dente
From what ive seen, meat cooked w wine would become rot/ smelly quicker... Any meat , shrimp pork etc . Even the leftovers gravy on the plates r smelly. Awful smell. Just ask the ppl who usually wash the plates...
I tried this tonight! I threw in some Pino grigio, shallots, and parmesan cheese, and let it reduce...its was so freaking tasty!! Thanks for the recipe/video!!
