Hi Kay!! You make me smile everyday with your silly sayings and your amazing recipes! I can tell it all comes from the heart and I am honored to be a fan of you and watch your videos weekly! Here is a recipe for garlicky shrimp zucchini boats: Ingredients: -4 large zucchini, halved lengthwise -1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil -1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves -2 tablespoon butter -3/4 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined -2 tomatoes, chopped -3 cloves garlic, minced -1/4 cup heavy cream -1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan -Juice of 1/2 lemon -1 cup shredded mozzarella -Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish (optional) Directions: Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°. Score zucchini (like you’re dicing an avocado) and scoop out insides with a small spoon, leaving a ¼”-thick border intact. Chop zucchini pulp and set aside. Step 2 Place zucchini boats in a large baking dish and drizzle all over with oil. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle thyme on top. Bake until tender, about 20 minutes. Step 3 In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until pink and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool, then chop into bite-size pieces. Step 4 Return skillet to medium heat and melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Add reserved zucchini pulp, tomatoes, and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more. Add cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice, and cook until slightly reduced, 3 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in cooked shrimp. Step 5 Fill zucchini boats with shrimp mixture and top with mozzarella. Bake until cheese is bubbly, about 10 minutes more. Step 6 Garnish with more Parmesan and parsley, if desired, before serving. Have a great day Kay!!
Steaks for dinner. Someone's getting paid too much. They did look extraordinarily delicious. There is nothing like feasting upon a succulent steak whenever you're feeling fancy. I remember one time when I was feeling fancy. It was a scorching hot day, so I dressed up in my sailor suit and went for a stroll down by the docks to catch a nice cool sea breeze. Unfortunately my stroll was ruined when a man dressed in velvet tried to caress my leg as I was relaxing against a lamp post. He was quite persistent and even offered me five pounds, which I politely declined. Luckily, I managed to shoo him away with a rusty fillet knife I found under a pallet of herring. Fumbs up.
good job Kay, ignore what others say,as the bullies can exit stage left and right, Good JOB! Kay. LOOK at my tattoo, she doesn't stand for bullies and neither do I.
Seen you’ve washed your apron , it looks lovely and your recipe is amazing, just looking at the grouting seems like like you are giving it a go well done 😊
I love your videos Kay! You have inspired me to start my own channel. It's been up and running for a month now and I hope one day, to have a following like you have.
Love the idea of cooking the potatoes with the steak, now this is a recipe of yours that ima try. I do my steaks blue only 1 minute on each side no more, I looooove the blood! Maybe that will make my potatoes soggy in the pan though.. You should try using paprika it gives a smoky kind of taste, Ive put it on potatoes, stews, curries, pies etc. Also a lil tip if you want real crispy potatoes but really fluffy in the inside, par boil some potatoes then pop them in the air fryer on a tray, add a bit of goose fat then add your garlic & herbs but not only that a little secret sprinkle some semolina powder on top then cook. That combo literally creates the best crispy roasties I’ve ever had! The semolina powder is the secret! When you buy roast potato seasoning in the shop that’s also one of the main ingredients in it. Try it you’ll be surprised & wished you did it sooner 😀

Kay!! I am SO happy you purchased an air frier. Wonderful! Thank you for cheering my day, today. I have said it before... I love your doggie apron! Please send MORE videos, love to watch and see what you seem to come up wih. It seems to ALWAYS be different than what I am used to seeing.
Hello Kay. Please can you attach a link to this recipe or even the websites where you find them, my girlfriend would like to try some. Thanks kay, excited to see some links to these recipes your reading what it says to do.
Hmmmm… an air fryer. I think that could broaden Kay’s horizon. They are popular appliances now so there are so many air fryer recipes out there. I would never fry a steak in one but I know people who have and they say it’s great. I prefer a fire grill or cast iron skillet for my steaks.
I'm amazed by your cooking skills! Could you make 'crispy sausage'? It's a classic Polish recipe. Just cut mortadella meat into 1/2-inch thick slices and cook them until they're crispy. At the end, you put ketchup on it. Thank a lot, keep up great work.
Hi I'm from Poland too. I love crispy sausage. You forgot to mention you're supposed to batter it with eggs and flour. And then you add ketchup. I don't know a better meat to deep fry than crispy sausage.
Hi Kay! Loved this video, have you made stove chicken before? It's sort of like a stew but with chicken thighs in it. Very popular in France, recipe is everywhere on the internet
Kay your videos are really good and they make me want to cook can you try to make kung pao chicken as it is a nice dish and i know you will smash it. Keep it up
hi kay, pls try this Ingredients 2 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, very finely chopped 1 large garlic clove, crushed 175g risotto rice 400g can cherry tomatoes 600ml hot vegetable stock 30g parmesan or vegetarian alternative, grated 30g mascarpone, or cream cheese ½ small bunch of basil, chopped Method STEP 1 Heat the oil in a large, heavy-based saucepan. Add the onion along with a pinch of salt, and fry for 10 mins or until beginning to soften and turn translucent, then add the garlic and fry for 1 min. Stir in the rice and cook for 2 mins. STEP 2 Tip in the tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Add half the stock, cooking and stirring until absorbed. Add the remaining stock, a ladleful at a time, and cook until the rice is al dente, stirring constantly for around 20 mins. STEP 3 Stir through the parmesan, mascarpone or cream cheese, and basil, then season to taste. Spoon into bowls to serve.
