Honestly, this woman literally makes garlic confit every single day, so she probably has a huge stock of confit, but she still always makes one fresh for us. Thx
Hot tip: do NOT add olive oil and butter (or any kind of oil) to Brie. Brie is already an EXTREMELY OILY cheese-practically like butter itself-and having that much oil in a food will literally ruin it. The flavor will be muddled, and the texture will be insanely unpleasant. Your mouth will not be filled with cheese and garlic, but rather, grease.
THANK YOU I have never seen baked Brie with this much excess fat on it, Oil, cheese AND BUTTER? Dude what the fuck? Why do we need all these different fats? I guess she's into super crunchy bread with super fatty dips.
@@dummy999on the thicker side? If that’s thick your definitely morbidly obese. I’ve seen skinny fat people, fat people, chubby people, and all of the above. She does not look “thick” wdym?
Hot tip: keep your opinions to yourself, you know she can read these right? If you don't like it, stop watching 😅. Honestly at least it's not drugs. It's just food. No reason to make someone feel like shit just because you disagree. It's not your channel
@@jmkelly7710 thanks bc these ppl are disgusting, judging others like she isn’t shoving it down ure throat u choose to be here and u keep giving her views so yay for her.
I have no idea why so many ppl are hating on the bread . It’s clear that the only bread you’ve ever had was a sad moist lump of dough if you think that if bread is crunchy then it’s overcooked, there is a huge difference between burnt and crispy.
@@hl8138 literally! Being a garlic person, not once has roasted garlic given me a bad breath but ong raw garlic has given me a strong breathe for a day straight!💀👍I didn't knew that or else I'd never eat one on an important occasion lol
Oil is a necessary medium that allows carbohydrates and proteins to caramelize, rather than to burn, or carbonize. The oil also allows the garlic to steam itself due to being submerged in a hydrophic substance. These methods are extremely common in professional kitchens.
I’m sure she eats in moderation and shares the food with others… this content is made to attract viewers for the most part 😂… but yes… eating in moderation is key in my opinion
It’s just soo delicious 😃🤷🏼♀️ The best is the honey 🍯 on top!🫠 And at least it’s something you eat with toasted bread 🥖 🍞(I personally would toast it without oil)… Plus you don’t eat the whole cheese 🧀, this fills you up soon!😄 But yes- this is French cuisine!👍
1. there's no such thing as too much garlic. 2. yall need to go out and see exactly how much oil goes into restaurant food if you think this is a lot of oil.
1) The thing is that too much garlic can be harmful. 2) You can't compare a whole Dish of food to a single piece of bread. The amount of olive oil on a SINGLE bite is too much to be healthy
@@apollo2744 yes, read up on LDL cholesterol particle size and you find out that "high cholesterol" levels are kinda useless when determining your risk for heart disease
i love how people are commenting on the oil, meanwhile i just want the mini dutch oven to make mini cakes and roasts, or self serve brownies, enough for just one person to eat the perfect brownie sunday 🥺🥺
@@jmoli2460 i want to say “get better eyes” but you’re entitled to your own opinion even if i think you’re very wrong. i hope you have a great day/night doing whatever you’re doing and appreciating whatever you appreciate 😊😊
Guys just leave her alone. This food is for her and anyone who wants to make it. And at least shes eating it, unlike food wasting channels/ influencers out there
Well the thing is… unlike most Americans, they can actually afford to go to a dentist regularly. Most people I know haven’t seen their dentist in years and then wonder why that bread hurts their teeth.
@@AClaiderman Have you seen how obsessed Americans are with having beautiful smiles? Save the condescending attitude for the British or French. Free dental and they still have yuckmouths, so what’s their excuse??
It’s easy to forget how negative the internet can be fuck sake. That looks mintus who cares if it’s unhealthy, no one’s making you eat it every day if at all
not even being negative but they use way too much oil for one portion its different if they are saving the spread to use later .. & i cannot have garlic breath everyday 😂😂and i freaking love garlic !
It doesn’t look mintus lol it looks disgusting! Hoe much oil do you want? Brie is already very oily. This dish is ridiculous and not even worth the fat.
Like why don’t u use the oil that u infuse garlic in it to put in in the bread instead of using new one. And as a French guy honestly you don’t need to fry garlic and tu put butter in the Brie. The cheese got already enough fat. You just need to make tiny holes on the cheese like u did and put fresh herbs and garlic in it. It will taste better I promise 😁
“As a French guy“ says it all. You’re not even paying attention, dude. She didn’t fry the garlic at any step of the way. 🤷🏼♂️ Maybe being French isn’t all you think it’s cracked up to be. #downwithfrenchchauvinism
@@EriqKoontz well it’s the same thing garlic confit in oil or fry it. Sry if my lexical English is not perfect. But instead of telling me that do you have any available argument and did you already try that recipe without a bath of oil
