For the yeast solution:
1-1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons lukewarm water
For the dough:
360 grams all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the garlic butter:
6 tablespoons (90 grams) unsalted butter
10 grams (4-5 flakes) garlic, minced
1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic powder
