Method of preparation
We make yeast mixture from warm milk, sugar and yeast. Mix the flour with salt and oil, add the yeast and make a smooth non-stick dough. Let it rise for about one hour, then divide it into 8 parts of about 100g. From each part we create a ball, then a cylinder about 30 cm long. Fold the lower part through the middle so that a closed loop is created. Then we insert the upper end into the created hole. Place the knots prepared in this way on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave to rise while the oven is heating up. Then bake at 180 ° C (356°F) for about 20 minutes. While still hot, sprinkle with crushed garlic mixed in oil and salt and allow to cool.
