Garlic Mozzarella Cheese Balls
Makes 16
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
1 large egg, beaten.
Some chopped spring onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic granules
3 tbsp soft unsalted butter
Filling:
2 fresh mozzarella lactose-free, cubes.
Salt, pepper, parsley, to taste.
Topping:
Melted butter + egg, mix well.
Parmesan cheese + panko

1 TL Instant-Trockenhefe
1 EL Zucker
125ml warme Milch
1 großes Ei, geschlagen.
Einige gehackte Frühlingszwiebeln
1 TL Salz
1 TL Knoblauchgranulat
3 EL weiche ungesalzene Butter
Füllung:
2 frische laktosefreie Mozzarella-Würfel.
Salz, Pfeffer, Petersilie zum Abschmecken.
Belag:
Geschmolzene Butter + Ei, gut mischen.
Parmesankäse + Panko

250g tepung serbaguna
1 sdt ragi kering instan
1 sdm gula pasir
Susu hangat 125ml
1 butir telur besar, kocok.
Beberapa daun bawang cincang
1 sdt garam
1 sdt butiran bawang putih
3 sdm mentega tawar lembut
Isi:
2 mozzarella segar bebas laktosa, kubus.
Garam, merica, peterseli, secukupnya.
Tambahan:
Mentega cair + telur, aduk rata.
Keju parmesan + panko

1 μεγάλο αυγό, ξυλοκοπήθηκε.
Μερικά ψιλοκομμένα κρεμμύδια
1 κουταλάκι αλάτι
1 κουτ. Σούπας σκόνη σκόρδου
3 κουταλιές μαλακού άλατος χωρίς βούτυρο
Πλήρωση:
2 φρέσκα μοσχαρέλα χωρίς λακτόζη, κύβοι.
Αλάτι, πιπέρι, μαϊντανός, για να δοκιμάσετε.
Επικάλυψη:
Λιωμένο βούτυρο + αυγό, ανακατεύουμε καλά.
Τυρί παρμεζάνα + πανκό

Cobertura:
Manteiga derretida + ovo, misture bem.

1 cuillère à soupe de sucre
125ml de lait chaud
1 gros œuf battu
Certains oignons de printemps hachés
1 c. À thé de sel
1 c. À thé de granules d'ail
3 c. À soupe de beurre non salé
Remplissage:
2 cubes frais de mozzarella sans lactose.
Sel, poivre, persil, au goût.
Garniture:
Beurre fondu + oeuf, bien mélanger.
Parmesan + Panko

3 cucharadas de mantequilla suave sin sal
Relleno:
2 mozzarella fresca sin lactosa, en cubos.
Sal, pimienta, perejil, al gusto.
Cubierta:
Mantequilla derretida + huevo, mezclar bien.
Queso parmesano + panko

Sfere di formaggio alla mozzarella all'aglio

250 g di farina per tutti gli usi
1 cucchiaino di lievito secco istantaneo
1 cucchiaio di zucchero
125 ml di latte caldo
1 uovo grande, sbattuto
Qualche cipollina tritata
1 cucchiaino di sale
1 cucchiaino di granuli di aglio
3 cucchiai di burro morbido non salato
Riempimento:
2 mozzarelline fresche senza lattosio, cubetti.
Sale, pepe, prezzemolo, a piacere.
Guarnizione:
Burro fuso + uovo, mescolare bene.
Parmigiano + panko

3 ملاعق كبيرة من الزبدة غير المملحة الناعمة
حشوة:
2 لاكتوز طازج خالي من الموزاريلا.
ملح ، فلفل ، بقدونس ، حسب الرغبة.
أعلى:
ذاب زبدة + بيضة ، تخلط جيدا.
جبنة بارميزان + بانكو

I loved it, but l'll use Provolone 🧀 cheese to create these 🍞 Bread rolls instead because it's more flavorful to me than Mozzarella Cheese 🧀. 👍👍

For my recipe measurement, all-purpose flour 250 gram = 2 cups. For the milk 125 ml = 1/2 cup. the rest of the ingredients use spoon measurement.

The only real stumbling block is fear of failure. In cooking you've got to have a what-the-hell attitude. Julia Child I liked the recipe and my advice to all those who are not sure if they make a great chef, is that be instinctive and never stick to recipe but your taste culture and taste preference. Remember "cooking is not a chemistry, not an art, it's about taste and instinct and not exact measurement"- Mark Boulestien I am not a professionally trained chef but now quite confident in culinary art and the defining moments have been the appreciation from guests. I always cooked instinctively and results have been great!

Raziya's Kitchen Yes, but if you always rely on taste and instinct outcome isn’t always the same. One day it could be salty and the next it could be less salty or taste a bit more different.

Halo mbak Sulastri, salam kenal dan terima kasih juga ya sudah berkomentar. Roti ini tetap empuk untuk beberapa hari, tapi untuk kuatitas terbaik sebaiknya tidak lebih dari 3 hari. Sebaiknya di hangatkan dulu sebelum dikonsumsi supaya dapet soft texturenya. 😊

You may try one of these below and see how it goes: *Mixing 1 teaspoon (7 grams) of baking soda with 1 tablespoon (15 grams) of vinegar can replace one egg in most recipes.This combination works especially well in baked goods that are meant to be light and airy. *Carbonated water makes a great egg replacement in products that are meant to be light and fluffy. Use 1/4 cup (60 grams) of it to replace each egg.

Mozzarella cheese akan stretching atau meleleh jika rotinya masih panas. Jika waktu dipanggang meleleh keluar mungkin karena rotinya kurang rapat atau suhu oven terlalu panas sehingga keju terlalu mendidih di dalam, cari jalan keluar.

Sarımsaklı Mozzarella Peyniri Topları 16 yapar 250g çok amaçlı un 1 çay kaşığı anında kuru maya 1 yemek kaşığı şeker 125ml ılık süt 1 büyük yumurta, dövülmüş. Biraz kıyılmış taze soğan 1 çay kaşığı tuz 1 çay kaşığı sarımsak granülleri 3 yemek kaşığı yumuşak tuzsuz tereyağı Dolgu: 2 taze mozzarella laktoz içermeyen, küpler. Tat vermek için tuz, karabiber, maydanoz. Süsleme: Eritilmiş tereyağı + yumurta, iyice karıştırın. Parmesan peyniri + panko

Well, I made these tonight. I increased the recipe by 50% and shaped them a bit smaller, to cut calories, y’know? I took 4 over to a neighbor, returned to the house and had these for dinner with hubby. There were about 8 left in the basket. Finished all but 2 while watching TV. So much for saving calories. These were so good and soft. Thank you again, Ninik. LOVE your recipes and your videos.

I baked twice, following every step of your recipe, the cheese still broke out after baking ,😢 Can you figure out which step I did incorrect that makes cheese break out? Any recommends?thanks!

Fz Zhou, thank you for making it and sorry to hear about the result. It does happen to me too but only some. When the dough is too thin or we don't seal it well the fresh mozzarella will leak out. You might use a thicker dough and seal the seam tightly or cut the mozzarella into smaller pieces.
