To celebrate warmer weather, I've decided to prepare a simple yet delicious tapas!
Recipe (3-4 servings)
🍤Gambas al aijllo
200g frozen or fresh peeled shrimp
5-8 cloves of garlic
8-10 Tbsp of Extra Virgin oilive oil
Handful of fresh parsley,chopped
Dried chillies
salt to taste
🐙Pulpo a la gallega
one to two legs of octopus
4-5potatoes, peeled and cut in 2cm thickness
Sea salt flakes
Paprika powder
Extra Virgin olive oil 2-3Tbsp
