Making triple layered Victoria Sponge Cake to use all my strawberries! 🍓
RECIPE
350g all pupose flour
350g unsalted butter, room temp
300g caster sugar
2teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
splash of vanilla extract
bit of lemon zest(optional)
1-2Tbsp of milk or cream
Whipped cream
500ml double cream or whipping cream
4Tbsp icing sugar
spash of vanilla extract
Strawberry jam, around 4 Tbsp
Loads of fresh sweet strawberries!
