At 0:06 the one cook quickly scratches his nose, at 0:17 the pita cook wipes the sweat off his forehead and hair but thank God they are wearing a glove, LOL. At 2:03 pita cook wipes his face with his hand. This gives the gyros that extra over the top flavor.
good old days when the pitas was actually fried are long gone. now all u get is this dry shit which is just worse than any ordinary hamburger u get in a mc donalds.
@@leonidasvasilakos5160 well u may be too young to know that in the past the pitas allwas was put into the fryer . today no one does this anymor because evryone is afraid of transfett and all this cholesterine stuff. back in the days th pitas was tasty as hell and now all u get is some dry pitabrad , its sad.
@@horror11 Well, I am not young and pitas were never served fried in Greece. The recipe was always the same. At the past maybe werebeing ovened with oil, but still we're not fried.
