WOW - Valene looks great here! I was so glad when they took her out of those Daisy Mae dresses with barettes and hair ribbons. Her character was at least 30 when they arrived in Knots Landing. Those little girl fashions were so played out.

Abby always knew Gary didn't love her and that he still loved Val she even told a couple of Gary's girlfriends that and you are right she was a gold digger who I couldn't stand.
The Only reason Valene fell a part as you say was because she thought her twins were dead& Valene was with Gary a lot longer then Abby was . They were teenagers I’m glad Gary dumped Abby too. She just moved on to her next victims!!!!
this was a great show. only missed a few nites of the whole 13 years. my mom and family enjoyed it and it was one of the shows we always discussed after watching it; little house on the prairie, seinfeld, mash, cheers; so many great shows throughout the 60' 70's and 80's even 90's; tv has lost it's magic and people do not know what great tv was back in the day. i wish they would rebroadcast some of these great shows again, as they were. i bet they would get great ratings, with both us older original watchers along with newer younger audiences. i bet the ratings would be better than a lot of what is on tv now.
Donna Mills wow so gorgeous, and confidente. I saw an interview when she's 78 years old and she is such a classy, sophisticated beautifull woman. I admire her talent. Even with a reboot, Donna Mills is and ever will be the only Abby. 👏🏆
best show. always watched with family. dallas, falcon crest, flamingo place, and knots landing. knots was my favorite. would love to see it reair on television- it would be better than a lot of the horrible shows on these days.
Abby's scheming ,dubble dealing ,and cheating was just too much for him to deal with at this point.Plus knowing abby was Much more involved with the theift of the babies than she said.
I hated those big damn shoulder pads back in the day. I still hate them. I could never see why they were in fashion. Small pads weren't so bad, but those big ones.....ugh! They make a woman's torso look masculine. Wide shoulders with a small, dainty head in the middle. And if a woman doesn't have much of a neck, it's even more hideous.

Personally when they broke up Gary and Val, I was upset. But as I got older and re watched the show, I said if it wasn't for Abby getting her hooks into Gary it would've been boring
@@marythompson3658 Well, I bet he would! I just saw a clip the other day from Knots Landing where he threatened a guy's life in a barn with a baseball bat! If you watched that show do you remember a scene where Mack from Knots Landing was taunting a murderer and shot a young guy's dead body in a chair, since the murderer had shot him also? I remember that as a kid but don't remember the details. Not sure if it was Knots Landing or some other show, but he got the guy to confess and the cops arrested him.
abby was always wanting to get together with ray but settled for gary, sue ellen wanted to marry better but jolene would not let that happen to her mama, so she got gary first. people never knew it was really jolene who shot jr, after having another affair with bobby, it was her only way.
This show spent way too much time tryimg to fond justice for psychos...lilylae running over chip...joshua falling to his death. Hollister falling on a spindle...waleska drowning..good riddance
Dallas spent too much time on common wealth 🤑 and power and took this show to it's heights with Gary inheritance he got to start lotus point then that's when the shows really connected.
