Gas prices spike in Ontario and Quebec 

Drivers in Ontario and Quebec saw gas prices spike by more than 15 cents per litre. Many consumers were searching for someone to blame, such as the federal carbon tax increase on April 1, but industry experts say it has to do with the switch from winter to summer gasoline blend.
