Damn New Yorkers! Go park somewhere else! To be fair, I think she was looking for directions on her phone. She left before I did, but soon passed by going the other way again, so I'm sure she was a little lost. But, there were plenty of open parking spots and only 4 pumps. I even waited a few seconds to see if she would move after I pulled up behind her - she looked right at me in the mirror as soon as I pulled up.
