Preheat oven to 160C or 320F 150g or 1cup Of chocolate and double boil over hot water Add 200ml or 1cup heavy cream into chocolate and mix Separate 4 eggs Place 4 egg whites into bowl and whisk them together over high speed Add 40g or 1/3cups Of sugar gradually into meringue Once meringue is done mix yolks with meringue. 2 yolks at a time Fold about 1/3 of finished meringue with chocolate mixture Once done fold chocolate mixture with the rest of meringue Sift then fold 20g or 1/3cups of cocoa powder into mixture Pour 45g or 1/2cup of melted butter onto mixture and fold again Pour mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment paper Fill 2 small cups with hot water and place both cake mix and water cups Into the oven Leave in oven for about 60-65min Take out and let cool and once cool remove parchment paper and decorate and eat as you please :) (If I left anything out please tell me and I did this for people who can’t speak Japanese)

This was a lot for a 6” cake mould. I had so much batter left over after filling the cake pan. I was able to make a 4” cake with the leftover batter. Tasted delicious tho❣️if you’re a chocolate lover like me, you have to try it!
