Gated Community of Providence - Davenport Florida - drone video - 10 06 22 

This drone video was shot at our Gated Community of Providence on October 6th, 2022, a week after Hurricane Ian hit the central Florida area. As you can see, Providence suffered very little damage and the water drained quickly because of our weather-resistant planning. The video starts at the main entrance to Providence and shows all the neighborhoods of the now-completed Phase I, the Providence Golf Club and Course, and the early stages of Providence Phase II - including the new ABD Development neighborhood of Hampton Landing and the upcoming neighborhood of Hampton Green.
