Glad to see you're having a good tour. Stop apologizing for the background noise man. Whether it's highway noise, your pup barking or your neighbor mowing the yard. It adds a certain real quality to what you're doing that I think most of us actually appreciate. It's like the difference between a live track and a studio track. The studio track will always be cleaner but the live version will always have more power.

I love the fireworks in black and white. Years ago, when I was living in West Virginia, I took beautiful black and white photos of autumn leaves. I thought it was a little silly at first and maybe a big waste of film but I did it anyway and I'm glad I did.

Ok, things are looking up. Couple bags of "crisps", a tray of sweets and bowl of fruit (with fancy figs no less!) ~ rock on 🤘 👌. The statue is something else, kinda grim & powerful at the same time. Thanks for tour Otis, the theater looks really nice.

Only a few miles from where i was Born. Newcastle is a fine city, like many though, it's been gentrified over recent years but the place is still a special city. Good, hardy people for the most part and some incredible history. The Tyne Bridge was designed by the same folks who designed the Sydney Harbour Bridge in Australia, hence it's similarity. If you have a day off there again, i know you're a cat lover so perhaps you can have a coffee at one of the two cat cafes, Mog on the Tyne or Catpawchino. All the best to you, Otis.

Doc told me I needed 9 hours of sleep every night and I said no problem but I get around 5 hours on average and about once a month it will take it’s toll on me and I will sleep for 8 or 9 hours and feel great afterwards… I enjoyed the video Thanks Otis…

Oh man.... I just got back to alabama after living in Gateshead for almost a year. Actually, I overstayed my Visa and got picked up by immigration and had to come back to America, leaving my lovely fiancee over there until we can get her here. Lived just south of there in a town called Darlington. Good times in the mid 90’s. Get yourself to the next decent town south of you called Durham and check out thier cathedral and do the river walk and notice the tree sculptures of The Last Supper. Great town, great pubs, great Indian food.

An exercise in recreational sleep deprivation. Haha. Oh, which album is that song on? Thank you Graham. I used to read Catherine Cookson novels, and all these place names you are mentioning are named in those books. Those, and other novels set in England used to make me wonder how much of the the country was rural, and maybe still looked like the old days, and how much of it is modern, with huge cities. Thanks for taking us along, to see all of these wonderful places.

Our toilet plumbing system is ineffective , gravity based. That’s why it’s so easy to plug a toilet here if you use too much toilet paper. We used to work on ships which used a vacuum system for toilet plumbing. They flush under tremendous pressure. Oddly satisfying to never worry about sluggish flushing.
