Gausta is best known for its famous Mount Gaustatoppen, and as as a skiresort in winter. It has, however, also a lot to offer to visitors in summer. Here you will find a beautiful hilly landscape with a lot of small lakes and walk paths. Perfect for hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing. Its most distinct landmark is Gaustatoppen with its well known shape and its amazing viewpoint and tourist cabin at top. With ist combined train and funicular inside the mountain, which brings you almost to the top, it is a must to visit.
