Description: My pork teriyaki is quick and very easy to make. Marinated with sweet, tangy, salty and savory flavors, you will surely enjoy each bite together with the tender pork.

Ingredients:
250 g pork loin (strips)
3 tbsp. soysauce
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. ginger and garlic paste
1 tbsp. oil
35 g bean sprouts
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
sesame seeds (garnish)
Cooking Procedures:
1. In a bowl with pork strips, put soy sauce, honey, sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar & ginger and garlic paste. Mix thoroughly and marinate in 15 minutes.
2. Heat the wok on medium heat, pour in the oil. Add marinated pork strips then stir for 3-5 minutes or until cooked.
3. After stirring, add remaining sauce and stir again for 2 minutes.
4. Remove the pork teriyaki from the wok then set aside.
5. Heat the pan on medium heat and pour in the oil then add bean sprouts then season with salt and pepper. Toss the bean sprouts for seconds then turn off the stove.
6. Transfer pork teriyaki in a bowl of rice together with the cooked bean sprouts. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the pork teriyaki. Serve hot and enjoy.
