Gay Crybaby reacts to Bill & Frank in *THE LAST OF US* 

I just watched this episode and I cried my heart out. This was the best thing they could have done for bill and frank because it's so realistic and bittersweet 😭

First of all, the way your hair ringlets is Ah-MAYZ-ing. And yes, Ellie should have a gun. Joel should be teaching her how to shoot. This is a zombie apocalypse situation, give the teenager a gun and teach them how to use it. Ellie found a box of tampons, and I'm given to understand that those are pretty damn imporant. If any potential romantic partner told me to go take a shower, I'd jump in it because that means IT'S ON! Bill knew how to surive, Frank knew how to *live.* Oh, never mind classic songs they missed. Gay marriage was legalized by a Supreme Court ruling in 2015. In this world, the fungus/zombie apocolypse happened in 2014. So that wasn't even considered a possibility in their timeline. Them getting married was entirely Frank's idea. From all the reaction vidoes I've seen, all the straights got emotionally destroyed by this episode too. But when it comes down to it, Bill & Frank lived like fucking kings, for a lot longer than most in this world got to, and then they went out on their own terms, by their own choice. It wasn't AIDS or societal pressure or gay-bashers that did them in, in the end. It was the same sort of thing that could have happened to a straight couple. Think about "Love Song" or "The Fault of our Stars." In this "Last Of Us" world, they pretty much won, in terms of longevity and quality of life. Most people never got to taste a strawberry again. Or they were in a situation like most of these we've seen. Which is to say, a shitty life that doesn't last very long. Compare this episode to "Brokeback Mountain" or "Torch Song Trilogy," (the only other top-two gay romances I can think of) and here's a tragic gay romance that where got to choose the ending to, at their own pace, in their own time. Nobody had to be beaten to death by gay-bashers in the end to make people care about them.
