BuzzFeed, most likely, creates and edits the videos and thumbnails way in advance, therefore using these thumbnails with Britney in them because they were already made. They have better things to do with their time then change the thumbnails based on what people on the Internet think about them.

Exactly. Plus I'm pretty sure they have the rights to all the videos they make on BF so anything Brittany made while under their employment would legally belong to them. I'm sad that Brittany got fired because she was my favorite, but BuzzFeed will still post the videos she's made because it's technically theirs. I just hope that Brittany can perhaps create her own channel, though, because she's really good at what she does, and this time she'll be able to call her works her own.

Guys, Brittany breached her contract with Buzzfeed. She wasn't fired because of the subject of the video she appeared in, or anything, she was fired because she was explicitly told not to do something by her bosses, and she breached her agreement. The same thing would've happened to her if she had been in any other job. The same thing would have happened to any other worker at Buzzfeed who breached their contract. So can we stop harassing Buzzfeed for being fair and just doing their job?

The problem though is that they were not aware of the clause. They never "explicitly" told her. It was in the contract. Plus, other buzzfeed workers have confirmed that they weren't even aware of the clause because other workers have been doing acting gigs on the side and Buzzdeed never did anything about that. You can't fire one person but not the other people doing the exact same thing

That's pretty much my experience of hetero online dating as well.
