@@AndrewMaksym Its quite complicated first I use the emulator to record the game for example Bizhawk by using a movie file that I had previously recorded then I do AVI recording using the built in AVI recorder for Bizhawk (some emulators don't have this). I also resize the video to the resolution the game I am playing is at. The codec I select is Lagarith lossless codec often file sizes can get huge to 26gb for 1 hour and 30 min video after that I use virtual dub to add filter i,e to upscale the video (which is why I choose Lagarith lossless codec in the emulator) to prevent RU-vid from reducing the quality when the game speed is fast so basically RU-vid butchers quality if anything below 1080p on speedy sections. When I am upscaling the video on virtual dub I choose the compression codec x264 I wait quite some time for the video to process. That's all in a nutshell I guess. So I record then record again (but AVI) then upscale and compress using virtual dub. This was an old video so I was learning how to optimize the process with Bizhawk since I was used to recording from other emulators like SNES 9X. If the file is huge the video sometimes takes all day to upload.
