VPN uses internet but once the VPN IPSec tunnel is setup you can communicate b/w GCP and OnPrem using Internal IP (RFC 1918)

There is no comparison for IAP vs VPN Cloud IAP -- Zero Code but want to OAuth Enabled VPN - Connect OnPrem/Another Cloud with GCP using RFC 1918

@@LearnGoogleCloudwithMahesh I'm not clear Mahesh. From any client(on-prem or another cloud), can we connect to GCP resources using IAP? or is it just for accessing applications running on GCP resources (via OAuth enabled) from om-prem/other cloud clients? Thank you.
