@@jawariarafiq147 you are welcome. I suppose that the cost will be lower, but we can't be sure. Let's keep our fingers crossed. Now that elections are over, parliament will start work soon, and we should be able to know the next step.

@@jawariarafiq147 If it's within a practice, you'll be paid, but if it's in form of a course, then I can't be sure. Most likely there will be no payment.

Do you know about this course, if yes, could you please let me know your opinion? @@asitvats6460 Provisional registration is still undergoing political stages and not yet operational, probably until some time next year. We will know the full requirements when it's implemented.

Hello Peter, What we have now, is the draft law to which the GDC has suggested the amendments I've talked about in this video. After incorporating these amendments (hopefully), then it will go to parliament to be passed, before Royal ascent. There are few more steps left before we can apply for it. For now, ORE, LDS and Temporary registration is all we have.

Once the amendments are approved, it will be rolled out. It shouldn't be very long from now. The more difficult processes have been completed.

I'm not sure, but judging from temporary registration, it should be full time. Maximum 40hrs a week.

Yes you get paid well. Slightly below the registered Dentist, but good enough to keep you happy 😍

@@anupama7357 There quite many, some of them are Pastest, Samson notes, EA dental, Plan ORE, etc. I'm not saying you should go with these, if you do so, it's your own choice. What you should do is to Google, find them, and check their reviews, fees, and terms and conditions before committing your money.

@@sushmareddy4840 The current draft says being in the candidate list should be the only way of admission into provisional registration, but the GDC wants it to be open to all interested. So it's one of the amendments.

Hi Daphne, It's possible to get a trainee dental nurse job, but you need to be enrolled to a dental nursing course. Also, if you had done your IELTS and applied for ORE and got a candidate number, there are companies willing to sponsor your dental nursing training and offer you a CoS to join them. And upon successfully passing ORE, they will employ you as well, but you can get a CoS before passing ORE as long as you are on the Candidate list. @@nimishaprakash8641 No. It's not. The course will serve as proof of English proficiency as long as it's taught and examined in English.

All we can do now is to hope. It will all depend on how fast the amendments suggested by the GDC in this video will be made, how fast it will be passed, and how soon the king will assend to it.

@@sushmareddy4840 I don't want to mislead you. Things that involve politicians can be very unpredictable. However, at the outset (2023) when the gdc announced this change, they said it would probably take 2years. So, if we consider 2years from 2023, then probably it could happen, but it's not certain.
