I'm able to get into the diagnostic mode. Well kind of. I get into it and the door locks. But the T01 never pops up. I tried rotating the know to see if I can test other components and it doesn't let me. Bad board?
Would a bad bearing show up on the error codes? Mine sounds like a train during spin and the drum is very loose when I move it back and forth. Since the washer was purchased used and delivered to me, I wonder if something may have happened during the drop-off since no stabilize bolts were used in transit. Now it seems I've paid for something that doesn't work and I can't get my money back. If any techs have advice, please share. I have a family of 5 and I need to be able to wash.
