Unfortunately this video skips too many steps. For example, proteins do not fold on their own, but are folded inside another protein.

far too simple, and also why does the Rough endoplasmic reticulum have polypeptide production into the cytoplasm, when in reality it enters the lumen of the RER- and there post translational modification occurs- kind of missed that step as well... not too worry, good for a yr 10 or 11 to understand it..
