Are You serious? He's been with The Dolphins Organization since 2000, first as a Scout and now as the GM with 0 Playoff Wins. He's a terrible GM.

If you really believe that, you have no business being a dolphins fan. I've seen nothing but improvement since he became GM. We've added an exciting offense and have taken rebuilding the defensive coaching very seriously. Fans from other teams were wishing they were Miami, yet here you are miserable and complaining. SMH.

@@mikemonahan8968- I’ve been a Dolphin’s fan since 1983 and will continue to be one until the day I die. -He hired Flores. Disaster! -He drafted A. Jackson over J. Jefferson. Disaster! -He drafted Noah over J. Taylor. Disaster! -His failure in the 2020 draft is why we’re in the cap Hell we’re in right now. Don’t give me the smoke and mirrors nonsense that we have cap room. We don’t! Sooner or later that debt comes due and it will be a fire sale when it happens. Tua is a very good, not elite, QB. -He traded a ton of picks for T. Hill (who I love and is easily the best player we’ve had since R. Williams and Marino) and that essentially ended the legitimate rebuild. He went right back to paying top dollar for other team’s players while failing to re-sign our homegrown talent (Wilkins, Hunt, and AVG). He’ll do the same with Waddle, Phillips, and Holland. Look at our past two drafts. Tindall is a bust. He was a 3rd round pick and can’t get on the field when we have no other healthy linebackers. C. Smith is looking like a bust. Seriously, he couldn’t beat out a career bum like E. Apple for playing time? Apparently, he’d rather hangout in the strip clubs than work on becoming a better player.
