@@254ChuckDawg It happened to me and my childhood friend had to bail me out n give me 3 month rent. I eat just Ramen noodles for 2 months straight until big break and I made 50k on a trade EJ. Gave him back his money and I never broke that 6 month rule since 😅
Valid I'm only 20 ive been trying so hard but money is such a pain at a young age people only really help you when you're older or they see something "worth while" in you.
I love it.. too many people complaining and not trying to find a way.. Especially these men... who should know how to manage money build money and make plans for himself and family...
I moved out with 3 months of rent paid upfront, with no job. It's definitely doable, just make sure you start looking for a job ASAP because them months fly by quick
My friend moved out at 18 after being a waitress for 6 months. She made $4000+ a month and we lived in a really small poor town. Its do-able, just not easy.
@miamoon69 no she's not. She's Baptist. She's super religious. Some people just have the ability to be a decent human and have people that appreciate that😶 my mom's a delivery driver in the same small town, makes an easy $3500, minus her full time job
@@cortneysmith3312 Not all of us can do that. I work security for $14/hr and 150 hours a month. I earn $2k a month before getting charged $250 in taxes. Average rent here is $1,800 for a 1bdr/1ba apartment. I'm doing this alongside my GED schooling. Unless I earn $42/hr or work 350 hours a month, this just ain't gonna work. That's equivalent to about 16 hours a day, 6 days a week's worth of work. Just because we may be men, that doesn't mean we can make plans to build up those values!
Nobody makes 3x their rent anymore. Rent is $2k and the average person makes about 54k a year. You also have to pay 1st rent and a deposit so is that supposed to be taken out of the 6 months savings? Most people move out from necessity or bad situation. Best of luck to everyone out there.
In today’s world, it’s impossible to move without any friends or family. I’d have better chances living in a hotel somewhere than trying to rent an apartment by myself. I’m having trouble even getting a job…
It's not impossible. If it was you wouldn't see all these 18 year olds moving out solo. It's hard but it's doable 🤷 you just gotta be smart with money and find the cheapest apartment you can
tryna move out my moms cause she forcing college on me rn, got majority of these tips, just needa stack up my own change. It’s taking a lot in me cause I’m 19 but i feel like my moms been controlling too much in my life but I’ve been staying patient and praying up.🙏🏾
We need to control our lives & chase our fkn dreams!, im not proud of dropping out of high school, but i wanted to get to work as soon as i turned 18 but couldnt but i dropped out like a week ago and im entering a job this week, imma spend some money first 3-4 months then stack up! and chase my dreams
@@wmanzkj7752 I’m 18 in aug and got a car datz not paid off and a chipotle job datz 16 an hour. Shii but I got 0 dollars. Time for a change now, better late then ever SAVE SAVE SAVE message to myself
Ur smart keep it up and save those pennies, I’m 17 and only just started saving this year, luckily I’ll have 2 close friends as roommates so between us we should get by alright
Very helpful video ❤ getting an apartment is so stressful lol especially when getting w2, paystubs and bank statements I had to pay an online vendor for help
I’m 23 years old and still living at home with my parents and I’m planning to move out in the future. A lot of my acquaintances and friends have already moved out. Great video!!
I’m so happy because I’m a junior in highschool rn. My grandma is going to move out of her house that is right next to the college that I want to go to and she’s moving to where I currently live. We r keeping the house and I’ll be living in a house in college
Im not necessarily gonna move out, but i am going to stay in a hostel/dorm when I turn 16. It is more like a goodbye as after that im gonna be away busy with my education for atleast 9 years.
Bet tip is stay home unless you're being forced out. Most young teens end up house poor and it usually puts more stress on them. Its not their fault fully though because they want to work but Good paying jobs don't hire 16-19
i live with a very toxic mother and i'm trying first to find a job so at least i can save up. also looking for roomates. you are right. i'd rather stay here and be yelled at than being kicked out of a house i just rented.
@goldenhourss best you can do is find a career field and start working there. If you get a job just to have a job you will continue to start over at the bottom never getting the pay youre looking for. Find a career and stick with it no matter what
i got 20 bands stacked at 18 to move from tampa florida to birmington alabama i got all the financies figured out i have 2 part time jobs lined up ill be able to comfortably live saving having money for retirement put in already pay all my rent bills and all the stuff i want then at 21 ill be old enough to start my career and its only up from here was about a few years of planning started at 14 didnt even need to move out i have a loving home in a good area but i got things to do for my own career bc florida is to much money
@@suha3809 and birmingham got better paying jobs then tampa for my career field and overall cheaper for food and other things like car insurance birmingham is dirt fucking cheap
Im planning on moving out at 16 with my friends in a small 3 bedroom apartment and we split rent which will be very cheap considering i live in ohio which is very cheap for housing my dsd pays 500 a month for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with a attic/another bedroom and multiple closets and small rooms and a basement and a decent yard
enjoyed your video ❤but I was stressed out asf when getting an apartment getting bank statements and paystub was not easy until I ended up getting online
@@BackUp-we1kj You gotta do what you gotta do and make sacrifices if you wanna move out 🤷 and a roommate is key to paying rent and keeping a roof over your head. Also if you're coo with your roommate it's not bad
True!! I’m making around 3-4K rn but I pay for gas and other stuff so it all comes out to be like over 1k in expenses! That’s still living with my parents! I do pay rent $50 a week and paying off car $250 a month so I’m still gonna wait till I have at least like 6k in my bank account then move out! I’m 20btw
Men on here complaining is Sad... Mothers are caring yall sons too long thats why they feel like this. You supposed to build values in a man young.. not buying his underwear clothing socks toothbrush all 18 19yrs of his life with never having a job. They need to start at 14-15 to build independence
get a job and save all the money you earn if you can. for example working right now at 16, if you were to get paid $500 every two weeks that's $1000 a month and $12000 a year. if you work 16-17 you could earn up to $24000. that money can then be put into a house or property, and you won't have to stress about a huge debt at a young age.
Lmao little buddy if you think you just gonna save all your money you must be crazy you have bills to pay food to buy clothes cell phone bill car you will spend armrest half of the money saved
@@jrgarrett1337 I assume you live with your parents so it’s easier but once you live by yourself that is not possible that’s why millions of people are in debt
I would say try to get help but from being in a toxic abusive house hold my self I now that's not going to work I'll generally say what you have to do is do things without them, knowing play in their face, like hide your plan to move out away from them.
Generally, what you need to do is do activities without them, such as look for a roommate. If it's an extreme situation, I'll say there are shelters available. Never tell them or allow them to see the amount of money you have saved. Look for career prospects, apply for scholarships or grants, or try contacting groups that help people in your circumstance.
bro wtf idk how to do anyhting i cant afford to rent anywhere i cant pay tax and insurance to register the car i spent all my saving on and i only have a month at this point and nobody helps me. why is everything so hard
Ain’t no young dude making 5k + a month for the 3x the rent unless he scams average rent in the big city like Austin where there’s opportunities like 1.7k.
as someone who works in leasing. LOOK AT BY THE BED COMMUNITIES. it allows you to just rent a room in apartment. get a 4-4 and stay in one room for 400-700$ and they usually have their own bathroom
Secret tri-tip recipe One pan. Wash meat. Leave the fat on. Sprinkle all these generously Paprika, lemon pepper , chili powder, steak & meat carne (chef merito) onion powder , garlic powder & salt. And a bit of cumin Now flip it over, after you rub that in. Then do the same to the other side. Try to have one dry hand for seasoning (left hand) then one for rubbing in the spices. Once it’s all rubbed in and looks reddish Grab a big ziplock bag , if you don’t have one maybe a big container to store in fridge for an hour after one last step ….!!! Before cooking >> Put1/2 cup of soy sauce and 2 big spoon fulls of minced or diced garlic into the ziplock bag or container. Then shake and mix around. Then place in your fridge for 45-1 hr to marinate. Then preheat oven to 350 degrees and this is how you want to make sure the juices don’t spill Place tin foil along the whole long glass pan. Then dump your tri tip with all the juice and garlic then wrap. Then grab more tin foil. And wrap it three times and flip it over. (3 long pieces of tin foil) Then add 1/2 cup of water to the pan around the tinfoil It will evaporate while cooking. If my tri tip is 2.3 pounds I’ll go for 55-65 mins max. For medium rare. Ill open the middle of the tin foil not letting all the juice spill and just slice it right down the middle to see and to cook through for the last 10-15 mins of any size I get I always slice and then let it cook for the remainder time 2.77 pounds 65-1hr &20 mins Depending on how you like your tri-tip cook until your preferred tastes and you can see when it’s ready because you sliced it half way through And then when it’s done pull it out and and cover for 10 mins with in foil. Then after it’s rested cut it into thin slices and serve with potatoes or any side you choose Lmk if anyone wants a video id love to share this sometime i randomly felt like commenting Anyways have a good day And once you have these spices you won’t have to buy them again for awhile. Go to winco!! And Tritip should be 12-22$ depending on timing of the year
I’m moving out at 22. First apartment 1,065$ a month almost got one same 1 bed room for 1,350. Got the last one. Thank Jesus every day. Your food your money. Your job. Your love life your life. Life is good. God is good.
